Do I need prior yoga experience to join?

Not at all. Our class library includes beginner fundamentals, and I provide modifications so you can practice safely from day one.


What equipment is required for in-person classes?

A water bottle is all you need! Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided for at the studio!


What equipment is required for online classes?

A yoga mat and a stable internet connection are all you need. Props like blocks or straps are optional; household items such as books or belts work just as well.


How do I access sessions after purchase?

Once you complete checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to your on-demand library or Zoom registration. Simply log in and practice whenever you’re ready.
